About

I’m a 20-something college girl committed to showing the positive stories of black women of all nationalities in the global village, from celebrities to everyday women, with a sprinkle of personal posts of my ideas and opinions.

The best advertisement for the strategic-thinking black women is herself. Her brand. It is not necessary to publicly proclaim anything other than the fact that you are living well. The best thing any of us can do to help uplift the image of black women and girls is to become our best selves and live fabulous lives.

  1. The best thing any of us can do to help uplift the image of black women and girls is to become our best selves and live fabulous lives.

    Amen!

  2. Lovely that one can comment on your blog.
Met you through Nkosazana’s blog and hope you continue the positivity. Too many blogs end up with negativity which tires me. It just can’t be all lemons and only I control my destiny irrespective of what others proclaim!.

  3. This is so wonderful. There is such a negative image of black women in society. So glad you are showing the true us. We are hard working, talented, loving, caring and independent, just like women of other races.

  4. By a complete strike of chance, I came across this site today. It’s a brilliant idea! I’m sick & tired of the Black Woman cliché, which varies depending on her location (Africa, America or Europe), but carries the same connotation: A negative image!
Thanks and keep up the good work!
